Passing, shooting, driven balls, clean contact, plant foot habits, and body control.
Offensive Recognition
Decision-making, when to attack, when to escape, when to combine, and how to find the open door.
Ball Protection
Shielding, holding position, protecting the ball under pressure, and buying time.
Body Position & Receiving
Receiving shape, body angle, scanning, playing forward, and first touch into useful space.
Aerial Control
Controlling balls in the air, bouncing balls, headers, sole wedge, and bringing the ball back into play.
